branch. In 1995-1999, he was the Deputy Chief and then Chief of the Main Department for Financial Tariffs and Currency Control of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan Republic

Mammadov is also the President of the Wrestling Federation of Azerbaijan. He is married and has two sons.
