As of the census of 2000, there were 400 people, 143 households, and 113 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 312.6 people per square mile (120.7/km2). The average household size was 2.80 and the average family size was 3.15.

In the CDP the age distribution of the population shows 27.3% under the age of 18, 6.5% from 18 to 24, 27.0% from 25 to 44, 26.5% from 45 to 64, and 12.8% who were 65 years of age or older.
