In 2008, EMA combined with Mark Russell Associates of Syracuse, N.Y. and Atlanta and with Sawchuck Brown Associates of Albany, N.Y.

agencies; PROMO Magazine as #8 retail agency in the U.S. and #30 out of the top 100 promotional agencies; PRWeek as #34 out of the top 156 firms in the U.S.; and Adweek as #61 out of the top 100 major advertising firms in the nation.
In 2011, Doug Bean was named chief operating officer.
