refused to broadcast this last episode because of an interview with the writer Quim Monzó
, in which a joke was made about the laboral activity of Elena de Borbón, the daughter of the King. The official reason given was the low ratings of the program.
In 1995 el Guayo returned to TV, but this time he appeared on private channel Telecinco
. The name of the program was Caiga quien caiga
. He was firstly critical of Felipe Gonzalez
's government and later against the government of that time, the Partido Popular
.
In 2004 he obtained another program in Televisión Española: La Azotea de Wyoming. It was not completely successful.
