East High School was founded in 1914 and currently has an enrolled student body of 1,996. It is located at 850 South on 1300 East (though its address is at 840 South) in the East Bench neighborhood. The current principal is Dr. Paul Sagers. The school mascot is the leopard, and they have a special rivalry with Highland High School in all sports.
