EVO 2 is a video game console

. It was announced on May 25, 2011, and is to be released before Christmas 2011. It will be the successor to the EVO Smart Console. It is to be the first game console to run the Android operating system. Thus, it will be able to run over 500 video games, and over 250,000 apps.
Prices will range from US$129 to US$179. The software development kit
(SDK) unit costs US$149 annually.
Envizions is also acting as a charity to help American families who live in poverty. Envizions aims to raise money by selling EVO 2s, and for every EVO 2 console sold, an underprivileged child and his/her family will receive a free EVO 2 console, along with Christmas cards. Envizions aims to give 4,000 EVO 2s away to the poor, and also to give 1 million worldwide.
The original launch price (announced in May 2011) was going to be US$249, but this was reduced to US$129 in August.
Envizions needs at least 500 to 1,000 orders for the console to be launched in Europe

It will come along with Qquip SMS Reward Service, a blog for social networking, which can be used via a Facebook
or Twitter
account. Uniquely, integrating it with EVO 2, means that the console will have these social networking sites, plus a blog, where people can earn points and, as a reward, discount or no-payment on pay Android games and apps.
Envizions will use their GameBox online game storage device as a data back-up of the EVO 2.
Further, if a TV does not have the Google TV
service integrated, it can still play Android games and apps using an EVO 2.
