The Dubai Promenade is a development by Nakheel currently under construction located at east of the Dubai Marina
. Built on an artificial self reclaimed island,the whole project is expected to be completed by 2011.Dubai promenade will cover an area of approximately 1,060,000 m2.The expected population is approximately 20,000 for Dubai Promenade with approximately 9,700 residents.
