zone. It is a member of the Dubai World group of companies. Maritime city is expected to be fully operational by 2012. Infrastructure for the Industrial Precinct of the project is set to be 85% complete in 2009 while groundwork for the Commercial Precinct is at 65%, and road work is in the final stages.
