After his military service in 2000, he was a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mitsubishi Motors
and Hyundai Motor Company’s largest subsidiaries in Israel. In 2005, Frances earned his dual BA from the Ben Gurion University in Business Administration and Psychology and graduated in June 2008 with a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Following UCLA, he joined Deutsche Bank
as a private banker in their Los Angeles office.
On February 1, 2011, Frances was named president of SG Acquisitions, LLC. SG Acquisitions is a multifaceted investment firm and family-office owned by billionaire Sergey Grishin
. Frances and Grishin are the co-founders of SG Premier Lending Group and SG Private Wealth Advisors.
