Arrest and convictions

He was arrested on December 4, 1990, and received a life sentence and an additional 15 year sentence for murder and Mafia association. In 1998, he received a life sentence for ordering the killing in 1989 of the Christan Democrat

He is currently in jail. His nephew Diego Rosmini, known as junior (he was born in 1955), took over the leadership of the clan.
