 led by Artur Roshi. It is a Right Wing group which has Nationalist policies which aim to create a Greater Albania. It is closely linked to the former Ultra-Nationalist Bali Kombater but has made its policies more moderate.

PBKD was formed in 1998. In the 2005 elections, PBKD was part of the Alliance for Freedom, Justice and Welfare. PBKD got 0.6% of the proportional votes, and no seats.
