David Lee Moroni is a former Canadian
dancer and teacher.
He was born in Ottawa

and performed with her local company. In 1964, he joined the Royal Winnipeg Ballet
, becoming principal dancer in 1966. In 1970, he became head of the company's professional training program, retiring in 2003. Moroni received the Order of Canada
