 actor, writer, producer and director who was born in Brooklyn, New York. Landsberg graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in business and marketing and soon found himself working at a large advertising firm, but he was not happy with it and quickly decided he wanted to follow his dream of acting and doing voiceover.

He both acted and co-wrote several comedies throughout the 1980s and in 2010, he wrote the screenplay for Sex Tax: Based on a True Story. He co-starred and co-wrote the 1986 action-comedy Detective School Dropouts
