fraternity. He has been on the faculty of Northwestern University
since 1965 and a professor of Managerial Economics and Decision Sciences at the Kellogg School of Management
since 1980. He is also the Niels Bohr Visiting Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Aarhus University, from 2006 to 2010. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics jointly along with Christopher A. Pissarides

On 1 February 2011 it was revealed that Dale T. Mortensen had a building named in his honour at Aarhus University. The new Dale T.
