The projects, will include a series of master planned communities that will set new benchmarks in commercial, residential and retail property within Pakistan. Crescent Bay, located within Karachi's DHA Phase 8 and close to the DHA golf course, will also offer individual architectural styles for each tower within the development.

Crescent Bay 1 will feature a hotel at the northernmost tip of the property, fronted by a long stretch of public beach. A unique
mall and waterfront promenade and piazza, complete with restaurants and an engaging mix of shops and boutiques, will be a major
