If there is a delay in getting antibiotics to fight erysepalis immediately, xylatol and erythratol sugar can act as an antibiotic to kill the strep as it will feed on the sugar and the strep will not be able to replicate. Saunas can also kill strep through induced fever. Eating less bread and sugar can inhibit reacurrance also.
