Christopher Andrew "Chris" Conrad (born June 30, 1970) is an American
actor, known for playing Johnny Cage
in Mortal Kombat: Annihilation
. He should not be confused with fellow actor Christian Conrad (son of Robert Conrad
of Wild Wild West
fame).
. Conrad and his younger brother Mike won the Florida's Funniest Man, which gave them a chance to perform at the Improv in NYC.

, where his two older brothers already studied. As an avid joker, Chris started working for the campus radio while exploring the college drama class. Discouraged by the seriousness of the class, Chris dropped out but was later persuaded by his former drama teacher to return to acting. Continuing to Chicago, where his older brother Steven Conrad
was studying at the Northeastern, Chris crammed in a year of studies at the Piven Theatre Workshop. Following that, he signed with an agent and landed his first acting role in the television movie, Mario and the Mob.
