Chopan is located at 24.52°N 83.03°E. It has an average elevation of 159 metres (521 feet).

Very small place,but there are lots of greenery and having natural beauty.
It is well connected to Varanasi and Allahabad through road and to Delhi, Jammu-Tawi, Patna, Bhopal and Jabalpur through rail.
