Chloe was born in Washington, DC. She began dancing at age 6, and booked her first modeling job for PM magazine at age 4. At 12, Chloe starred in a documentary for Cable Television called “Chloe’s World”. Chloe was a member of Chris Bellou’s National Tap Ensemble from 10 – 13 and then Toni Lombre’s Taps & Company 13-18 where she trained in Tap Dance, Ballet, Jazz and Modern. In High school

, Chloe won a Gold medal from The Montgomery County NAACP’s Act-so Arts Competition. She played violin

Chloe vigorously trained in New York City in Tap Dance with Jason Samuels Smith, Baakari Wilder, Ted Levy, Savion Glover, and also trained in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Salsa, and African dance.
