Cathkin Park is a municipal park in Glasgow

. The park is maintained by the city's parks department, and it is a public place where football is still played. The park contains the site of the first Hampden Park
(now the Hampden Bowling Club), whilst the second Hampden Park (New Cathkin Park) is just across the Cathcart Road
. When Queen's Park moved to the third (and current) Hampden Park
, they sold the ground to Third Lanark
, who renamed it New Cathkin Park (as they had previously played at another stadium named Cathkin Park (which had held two internationals; the first, on 15 March 1884, Scotland

After Third Lanark folded in 1967, the stadium fell into disrepair and most of the fabric was gradually removed. The remains of one terrace

team which plays in the Greater Glasgow Amateur League currently plays in the park.
Cathkin Park has been the home ground of Hampden AFC since 2008. Hampden AFC play in the Glasgow Colleges Amateur League.
Cathkin Park has been the Home of Jimmy Johnstone Academy of Football since August 2010.
The team is managed by Scotland Craig Love & Scotland Brian Cochrane.

In 2010 a newly formed club called Lokomotiv Glasgow A.F.C confirmed that Cathkin Park would be their home ground for the 2010/11 season after joining the Glasgow Colleges Football Association. They moved grounds for the 2011/12 season.The team is managed by Scotland Craig Love & Scotland Brian Cochrane.
