The tenants of Cap Square are a mixture of restaurants, bars and cafes, a supermarket, a cineplex, a gymnasium, a nightclub, a bookstore, a pharmacy, several small boutiques, hair salon, an art gallery and other smaller shops such as bakeries, newsagents, and optical shops. Cap Square offers wheelchairs for hire under their concierge services. A RM50 deposit is required for the wheelchair, and can be loaned from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm of the same day. The concierge services also provide assistance for calling for cabs as well as a lost and found service.

Both indoor and outdoor parking facilities are available. The outdoor parking facilities are located in front of the Red Square nightclub while indoor parking is located in the basement of Cap Square. Parking rates for the basement carpark are RM2 per hour (7 am to 6 pm) (Monday to Friday) or RM3 per entry (6 pm to 7 am) (Monday to Friday). A flat rate of RM2 is charged on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. A fine of RM30 is imposed in the event of a lost parking ticket. Autopay machines are located in the parking basement.
