The bedrooms are furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf, dresser, full-length mirror, study desk lamp, wall-to-wall carpeting and a closet.

Shared facilities include the kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge and stove, and the dining room, which is furnished with a table and six chairs. Two couches, a coffee table, two chairs and a lamp are also provided to make each living room.

The apartment-style residence, also referred to as Lower Residence, opened in September 2004. This new facility features six floors of four bedroom suites.
