. Mueller gave birth to their twin sons, Bob and Max, on March 14, 2009. She also became a stepmother to Sheen's children, Sam and Lola Rose Sheen.

On December 25, 2009, Sheen was arrested at their house in the ski resort of Aspen, Colorado for assaulting Mueller. He was later released from jail after posting an $8,500 bond. Sheen was charged with felony menacing, as well as third-degree assault and criminal mischief. On August 2, 2010, Sheen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault as part of a plea bargain

Legal troubles

Mueller was arrested in September 1996 for DUI and property damage after she crashed her Chevy Corsica into a road sign. The case was ultimately dropped.

She was arrested again in March 2001 for cocaine possession. The charges were dropped after tests revealed she had no drugs in her system.

On July 1, 2011, Mueller had successfully completed her 45-day outpatient rehab program, for alcohol and drug addiction. She chose to do an outpatient method to have access to children for eight hours a day.
