The center features a 10 acres (40,468.6 m²) lake, apartments, a one six-story, 150000 sq ft (13,935.5 m²) Class A office space building, and an eleven-story, 210 room Westin Hotel and Residences.

The retail portion of the mixed-use project opened on November 1, 2007. The Westin became the first in Alabama when it opened in Spring of 2008 and features 74 luxury condominiums on the top five floors.
