 from the parent company. Of those aircraft three were used for passenger service and two as freighters. At the beginning the airline was very successful and even added several Fokker 100 aircraft for charter flights. Everything seemed to be going well for Berline until 1994 when the banks withdrew further financing and on 30 April 1994 the company declared bankruptcy.
