A second charity 'The Barnabas Fund' (charity number 271602) holds a contingency fund for the first of almost £400,000. Within the UK the group is also a registered private, limited by guarantee company (company number 4029536) .

In the United States the organisation is registered as both a company (Barnabas Fund Incorporated) and charity but operates under the name 'Barnabas Aid'.
