's name mean Bear Mountain and are translations from the original Crimean Tatar name. ("bear" - медведь in Russian, ведмідь in Ukrainian, ayuv in Crimean Tatar; "mountain" - гора in Russian and Ukrainian, dağ in Crimean Tatar).
