Chemically, its molecular structure is composed of carbon rings clustered together with nitrogen, and having chlorine atoms attached. The asymmetrical arrangement of these additional atoms create variations in the overall color. Paint manufacturers market arylide yellow by different names; the most common being Hansa yellow
