The show primarily featured listeners ringing in with everyday problems to which Anna, often with the assistance of a professional guest, applied her life philosophy in an effort to guide them to a solution.

From January 2007, Raeburn's show moved an hour later to 2-4pm - with a new lifestyle, health, and well-being show, presented by Jim Davis preceding her - as part of the new year shake-up.

Raeburn presented her last show on LBC 97.3, on 3 August 2007. She had been expected to return in September, but the station has announced that her afternoon slot will be rested; Raeburn is not expected to return to the station in the near future. Her slot was reallocated, to Jeni Barnett
