Ann Kok is a Chinese Singaporean television actress and singer.

Biography

Kok is the youngest child of a family of six children. She has three brothers and two sisters. She started her acting career in 1993 after emerging as a finalist in Star Search Singapore

 TV channel TCS-8 (now MediaCorp Channel 8). She is also regarded as "Third Sister" (third most popular actress in Singapore's Chinese-language entertainment industry) in the 1990s. She received many offers to play the leading roles in the television dramas of that time. In 2000, Kok went overseas to expand her acting career, but was not successful. She returned to Singapore's MediaCorp in 2005.

For the first time in the 13-year long career, Kok was nominated for the Best Actress Award in the Star Awards 2006
