 for double-dipping by claiming a STAR Program property tax rebate for their $1.8 million mansion in Glen Head, while already receiving the same rebate for a house they owned in Bayside. The same month it also reported that Assembly records showed she had attended only 25 of 69 legislative session days during the first half of 2009.
