Slight trouble with Donald Trump

One time, Andrew Tan established an expensive condominium in Makati which was originally called "The Trumps." This prompted real estate developer Donald Trump

to file a suit (any name with a trump is probably a trademark). But Tan convinced them that he actually adapted the idea from a property in Singapore which had a similar name but had no connection to the American mogul.

In this, the condominium was renamed "One Central." Ironically, Tan thanked Trump's lawyers for "showing interest in his project."
