. That game had an attendance of 41,383 fans, which remains the largest crowd in Southern Section history. Anaheim also won football championships in 1940 and 1967, and was runner-up in 1941, 1962, 1966 , 1987, and 2006. In 2006, the team had a 12-2 regular season, finishing as runner-up in the CIF-SS Southern Division.
