Paul Collaer
Paul Collaer was a Flemish Belgian musicologist, pianist, and conductor. He studied piano at the conservatory in Mechelen and also studied physics, receiving a doctorate from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He was a strong advocate of modern music and founded the Pro-Arte concerts in Brussels...
