One point of confusion regarding this album is the title. When looking at the CD case's contents, the spine says Live and the booklet mentions Alive '05 as well as Local H Comes Alive!, which is a take on Frampton Comes Alive!

as one picture makes very apparent. The band themselves refer to it as Alive '05, so that is what the official title is. Also, on the spine of the CD one side reads "LOCAL H – LIVE" and the other reads "LOCAL H – DEAD." Because of the confusion, you may see reference to this CD by one of those titles, one case is actually the website of the label that put the CD out, where's it's referred to as Comes Alive http://www.cleorecs.com/Details.cfm?ProdID=3765&category=.
