Alex Portman is a retired British auto racing
driver. He raced in the eighties in the TVR Tuscan Challenge and some Historic Racing events;winning a championship 1991 and 1992 in a Ray Mallock built GT40. In 1990 he drove in the GM Vauxhall Lotus Euroseries, and raced in Canada in 1991 with the North American Formula Atlantic Championship. He also did some races in the British GT Championship.
