The group soon began work on a second album, "Same Game, Different Rules", and the lead single, "Never Let Go" was sent to radios, however the entire album soon leaked to the internet, and Epic Records considered dropping them. Fans however led a protest, "Never Let Go of 3LW", and the act was retained. After many arguments, Naturi Naughton left the group, right before their official second album, "A Girl Can Mack
