During the semester of 2009, AGBU Vatche & Tamar Manoukian High School added or changed more than several of their electives. New course offerings include a band class with many types of instruments, a dance class surrounded by glass to be visible by students, and a new course, Youth & The Law, which seeks upon learning the activities and street fights made upon the youth, the effect of it and the consequences.
AGBU Vatche & Tamar Manoukian High School provides the students the ability to take advantage, and to learn in our safe environmental oriented high school. The school includes 112 students, currently attending. Its faculty department, which expands throughout all classes, is about 20.
AGBU Vatche & Tamar Manoukian High School is one of the 570 member schools of the California Interscholastic Federation
, or CIF Southern Section which competes in varsity sports. Its athletic department includes a boys' varsity team, a boys' junior-varsity team, and a girls' varsity team.
As the summer of 2010 approaches, the plan is to expand upon making its environment more rich and friendly.
