I am developing a lace making educational program for a Victorian house museum. It will include bobbin lace making. One of the museum's main visitor groups is Girl Scouts. At what age could they begin to participate in a program which would teach them to make lace? My original thought was 12, but the museum employees fear that this is too old to include many of the groups that visit.
