. In 1994 they were part of the European Championships that saw the return of Torvil and Dean, Yvonne and Sven reached 19th place.

After retiring from ice dancing, Miss Schulz took an assistant coach position alongside Christina Henke-Mades based in Dortmund

Yvonne also coached synchronised skating teams in Torvill and Dean's home-rink the National Ice Centre in Nottingham. She was with Nottingham Synchronised Skating Academy, (NSSA) for over a year, whilst living in Coventry with her husband and young daughter. After influening the club greatly, she returned to her hometown in Germany as she was homesick.
