. In 1996, the "YouthQuake" name was permanently added. In 1997, the location changed for one year to Lake Junaluska, North Carolina, but returned to Ridgecrest the following year.

The YouthQuake conferences range in size from about 50 students to more than 1,500, and have been held in locations across the United States
