Yiannis Melanitis is a Greek
performance artist, sculptor, installation artist, digital artist, born in Athens
in 1967. Melanitis holds degrees in Painting, Sculpture and a Masters degree in Digital Arts from the Athens School of Fine Arts
(ASFA). He is a PhD Fellow at NTUA, Athens School of Architecture. In May 2010 he was elected as a Lecturer at the Sculpture Department of the Athens School of Fine Arts. Among other artists, he has been referring to Marcel Duchamp
