The Yeshiva "taught many young scholars, guiding them in the delicate ways of correct understanding of all Torah learning". Some students joined the Yeshiva directly following high school, but the majority did so after first having studied overseas, including in the "Ivy League" Yeshivas of Israel
and the UK. Students ranged in age from eighteen to thirty-five. The student body had fourteen full-time students, and eight part-time students. There was a yeshiva residence, with meals provided daily to the entire student body.
