As well as supporting the National Curriculum, Yavneh College teaches Modern Hebrew, Jewish History and Jewish Studies.
The school places a great emphasis on Jewish studies and afternoon prayers are held everyday. The Enrichment programme is a required part of the School's Curriculum, and comprises clubs such as Animation, Debating, Politics, Latin, Cookery & Extra-Curricular Sports and provides pupils with the opportunity to learn topics outside the National Curriculum.
Yavneh College is also active in organising events such as fetes to raise funds so that the school can purchase equipments.

ÀOn Friday, 1 February 2008 Yavneh College was awarded Specialist Status as a Business and Enterprise College, commencing September 2008.http://www.borehamwoodtimes.co.uk/display.var.699877.0.building_work_for_jewish_school_begins.php
