gives its family as "unclassified", an apparent error, as it notes that Yauma is "part of the Ngangela subgroup" of the Chokwe–Luchazi (K.10) Bantu languages. (It may be unclassified within that group.) Bantu-Languages.com describes it as a variety of Mbunda
