Career

1992: he successively held the post of head of department of the Civil Service, Legal Adviser to the Minister of Public Service and counsel for the State

1993: he became Director of the Caisse Nationale de Retraite and, cumulatively its functions, it remains representative of the state with the judiciary

1994: he has served as vice-chairman of the Committee on decentralization and also participates in the conclusion of peace with the FRUD-armed by the signing of the agreement Ab'a

1997: he made several reforms, including those of pension funds that led to the creation of the Social Protection Agency (OPS) following the merger of the former Fund of Social Services (CPS) and Service Medical Business to (SMI)

26 December 1997 to 21 May 2005: Minister of Economy, Finance and Planning in charge of Privatization. He led several structural adjustment programmes and ease for poverty reduction.
