X Factor is a television music talent show in Kazakhstan contested by aspiring pop singers drawn from public auditions. It is the Kazakh version of the international The X Factor series and is broadcast on the Perviy Kanal Evraziya channel in Kazakhstan....

On 22 May 22-year-old Daria Gabdulla (Дария Габдулл), labbeled by the judges as the "kazkah Beyoncé, won the show ahead of the trio Spasibo. Gabdulla won a two-years-contract with Sony Music.

Judges' houses and wildcards

After the auditions, twenty-four semi-finalist candidates were chosen, eight in each of three categories. They were:
  • Under 25: Dariya Akparova, Ruslan Berdimatov, Eliza Dzhakereeva, Alexander Filatov, Dariya Gabdull, Louise Karimbaeva, Abdulkarim Karimov, Ruslan Krivenkov.
  • 25 and over: Maral Dzhusupova, Asel Karsybaeva, Eldar Myrzakhanov, Yuri Mukhortov, Gulzhiyan Ospanova, Julia Pereima, Dmitry Tsoi, Margarita Tumanyan
  • Vocal groups: Musaev sisters, Vladimir Kim & Marina Beysehanova, Ansari (trio), Dee Kree (duet), Spasibo (trio), Sweet (duo), National (duet), Faith Kahn & Serik Salmakeev


Although they were eliminated in the semifinal stage, Musaev Sisters, Eldar Myrzahanov and Ruslan Krivenkov were brought back as wildcards.
