XMobots is a company that develops, manufactures, trains, maintains and operates unmanned systems, including UAVs, AUVs, ROVs, USVs, UGVs and Ground Control Stations. Its name came from the union of the prefix “X”, which represents the medium where the systems are able to operate, being in air (UAVs), land (UGVs) or water (AUVs and ROVs) with the word mobots, a well known term for “mobile robots”.
The company is composed of a multidisciplinary team highly trained in fluid-dynamics / performance, stability / controllability, structures, embedded critical real-time hardware and software, navigation, control, guidance and computer vision.
