The Winnipeg Rangers were a Canadian junior hockey team in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League
. The Rangers won 4 Turnbull Cup Championships as Manitoba Junior Champions, 1941, 1943, 1961, and 1966.
The 1941 Winnipeg Rangers Hockey Club defeated the Saskatoon Quakers
to win the Abbott Cup
and earned the right to represent the west in the Memorial Cup
. They went on to defeat the Montreal Royals winning 7-4 in the fifth and deciding game.

The 1943 Winnipeg Rangers defeated the Saskatoon Quakers
to win the Abbott Cup
. They then went on to beat the Oshawa Generals
in the sixth game of the best of seven Memorial Cup
championship.

The 1941 and 1943 Winnipeg Rangers were inducted into the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame
in the team category.
Because of ice availability the Rangers played in Brandon for start of the 1957-58 season and were called the Brandon Rangers. In January the team moved to Transcona
and were renamed the Transcona Rangers. After the 59 season, the named changed back to the Winnipeg Rangers.
On March 18, 1966 at the Winnipeg Arena
, the Rangers won the Turnbull Memorial Cup as MJHL champs.
During the summer of 1967, community-minded sports group purchased the Winnipeg Rangers from Ben Hatskin
, ending the Rangers franchise.
