Winfred Marcel Peppinck was the Ambassador to the Caribbean from the former Australian High Commission
in Bridgetown, Barbados.
, in the Netherlands on January 2, 1946. He travelled to the Dutch East Indies and in 1951 he and his parents emigrated to Perth, Australia
. He received a degree in politics then worked for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs as a diplomatic trainee. He was assigned to Brazil, South Africa, Uganda and Indonesia. From 2001 to 2004 he was the Ambassador to the Caribbean.
Since 2004 he has served as an advisor to Bahrain
